Signs is Tait’s Heartfelt Comeback - And It Was Well Worth the Wait

OK, look…I may be a little biased on this one given the band's location, but Signs, the brand new single courtesy of Cape Town-based outfit Tait, is one of the most beautiful tunes I've heard so far this year. Led by singer/songwriter Chris Tait, it's been seven years since the act released their Skitzo EP and, to be honest, it's just so good to hear from the talented bunch again!

An acoustic-led and heartfelt offering, Signs is a piece of music that Chris has been sitting on since the late 2000s. Finally deciding it was time to release it to the world, Chris and Co. set about concocting a soul-stirring and emotional track about the crossroads of the heart.

I think it's fair to say they accomplished their mission! Signs takes you through the highs and lows of love's uncertainty with the kind of sincerity and tenderness that only comes with time and reflection.

Signs will form part of Tait's highly-anticipated forthcoming album Suddenly, a collection of tunes Chris has poured his heart and soul into. "This album is a reflection of where we've been and where we're going," he says. "It's raw, honest, and everything we love about rock. We're back and we're doing it our way!"
