No AI, No Gimmicks - Angelo Ceriani Invites You to Get Lost in the Sounds of Lofi Weather

Hailing from Somma Lombardo, Italy, Angelo Ceriani is a veteran of the music industry. In the 90s, he was part of the satirical music group Los Muntos, and in the 2000s, he composed theme songs for top radio and television programs. With three solo albums already under his belt, Angelo recently decided to deliver his delicately beautiful fourth in the form of Lofi Weather. Composed between 1995 and 2015, the ten-track offering is a collection of minimalist yet utterly immersive and poetic instrumental tunes.

Recorded in the artist's studio, Lofi Weather is an organic mix of acoustic and electronic pieces. There's no AI here, folks, and that's the way we like it!

Cold Grey Hands gets things underway in an entrancing fashion with a warm acoustic guitar before the atmospheric and textured sounds of Elictica come into play. It's the perfect start.

Waiting is next up to the plate, presenting the listener with a haunting and emotive concoction of piano and strings before, once again, Ceriani grounds us with the stunning guitar work of Come Immagini Appese.

The remaining tracks on Lofi Weather are yours and yours alone to discover. Linger along the shorelines, dip your toes, or dive straight in. The choice is yours, but you know my recommendation!
