Mark Walsh Shoots for the Stars With Celestial New Single SATURN

Kicking off a powerful new chapter in his sonic journey, Boston-based pop star Mark Walsh returns with a cosmic and cinematic gem in the form of SATURN. It's the artist's first release since 2023's I Need Help, but it feels like his time away has only sharpened his vision and deepened his sound. 

A space-themed love song that keeps things instrumentally light and airy, SATURN is a highly hypnotic and immersive little ditty. Penned by Mark after watching the film Interstellar, it's a tune that features real radio wave samples from Earth and Saturn, further adding to the track's celestial beauty. As if it were beamed in from another world, Walsh's latest offering is a dreamy transmission that I simply cannot get out of my head!

"I wrote this one after seeing Interstellar for the first time, and it made me think about time and space in ways I never had before," recalls the musician. "I was driving to work one morning after, looking at the full moon, and the opening lyrics just came to me, unlike anything before".

Marking the start of his Monthly Release Series, SATURN sets the tone for a promising, ambitious, and emotionally resonant year of music.
