Jealousy (The Man): Jack Pavlina Shows His Aggressive Side with Groove and Grit
Nearly two years ago, I stumbled upon a laid-back and mellow piece of musical magic called Bite Hard. Courtesy of California-based singer/songwriter and producer Jack Pavlina, the genre-blending tune immediately struck a chord with me, and thus began my quest to discover more of the young artist's music, which always seemed to surprise and captivate.
Back 2 Me, released last month, was another absolutely genius offering from Jack that I fell pretty hard for, but it's his most recent release Jealousy (The Man) that I'd like to introduce you to today.
Continuing his eclectic and genre-fluid journey, Pavlina once again showcases another side to his sonic repertoire. Fusing gritty and infectious grooves with a punchy and highly inventive beat, Jealousy (The Man) embodies the intensity of jealousy - both in sound and spirit.
"I was a little nervous to put out such an aggressive song, especially as a single," admits Jack. "But the groove was just too good and all my friends have started singing the chorus!" It's not just your friends, Jack.
With each new release, Jack Pavlina solidifies his place as a visionary of modern music. He's the real deal, and I can't wait to hear more!
